And then there was....... PROM!

PROM!!! This last Friday was our home school prom; and needless to say, it was awesome! Sorry it took this long to post but I NEEDED pictures!!!!! We did so many cool dances, some including: Virginia Reel, Waves of Tory, Cotton Eye Joe, and Slapping Leather. This years theme was like Galaxy, Star Trek, etc. (I don't the info sheet any more....) There is nothing better than singing your sole out with the Lovely Sarah to A Thousand Years, and having a boy walk up and say, "looks like you need a partner"; and your loving friend who is there to back you up, just bails and gives ya a gentle "shove". (No... she didn't shove me...) But, I am pointing you out Sarah.......

Then, I "helped" the clean up crew by ripping down one of the slinkys... it was for a good cause though, I was playing with a little girl! I got to take one of these slinkys home.... but it was broken... I think I sat on it because I forgot it was of my bed... I also got to take a  floating star candle home!

It's my Birthday!!!! It's my GOLDEN birthday!!! I'm actually 14!!! The time has finnally come!

Thank you mom for everything you do and have done for me over the past 14 years of my life; I love you! Thank you dad for everything you've done for me in the past 14 years; I love you! And my dear sister Sara, I love you so much! Thank you for being my BEST FRIEND; and thank for you being you, and for being there for me since the day you were born! Thank you Emmett for being adorable😋! I love you to!
Sorry this isn't exactly a "post" but it's my birthday and I am spending time with my family😜! I will have a *late* post on- Prom... coming up in the next few days so keep an eye out for that!

I Got My Hair Cut

Yeah, I did it........ I got my hair cut! I decided to get it cut because the ends were split; and because the top half of my hair is curly and the bottom half is straight/kinda wavy, so I decided to take the plunge!

I'm really happy with how it came out; which is ALWAYS a good thing! They took off about 6 inches.... which is A LOT for me. When I was 6 or 7ish my mom cut my hair, she only took off maybe 3 inches; but, I cried and cried.... I HATE getting my hair cut! But, For the First Time In Forever *ahem, Frozen reference here!* I actually WANTED this hair cut!

It is SO weird when I braid my hair in anyway!!!! Well, when I do anything with it really! Here are a couple photos so you can get an idea!
